TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Terms and conditions are governed by the appropriate provision of civil law and consumer protection law.

We describe the goods most faithfully. Worn out goods, corresponding to the age of the goods, might not always be described. Every item is photographed.

All prices are expressed in Czech crowns (Kč) and are final. Prices include goods and services tax.

When personally collecting the goods, they will be kept at the bookshop for 7 days from the date of order. When mailing the goods, they will be passed on to a courier within 5 days from the payment.

If you are not happy with the goods, you can return them within 14 days, in the same condition as received, well packed and insured.

When buying goods above 2000 Kč, the postage is free.

When buying goods in larger quantities, individual discount can be arranged.

Postage in Czech Republic, when pre-paying directly to our account, consists of 60 Kč. Payment on delivery is 100 Kč. Postage to Slovakia, when pre-paying directly to our account, consists of 250 Kč. Postage to other countries needs to be calculated individually, and you will be notified about the price.

Some goods are concurrently for sale in the shop and it may happen that an item you had ordered has been already sold but not taken off the web site yet. For this circumstance we apologise.
